Summary

Tab Cleaner processes everything inside your browser and sends no data anywhere. It has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. The developer never receives your tabs, your browsing history or your settings.

This policy applies to the Tab Cleaner extension for Google Chrome, published by Emilio Servetti.

Information the extension uses

To do its job, Tab Cleaner reads information about your open tabs:

The extension does not read the content of the pages you visit, your passwords, form data or cookies.

Where data is stored

All data stays on your device, in the browser's local extension storage:

This data is not synced to your Google account or any other device.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions are optional and run entirely on your device, using the AI model built into Google Chrome. Tab Cleaner does not use any online AI service.

To generate suggestions, the extension gives the on-device model the title, site address and time since last use of some of your open tabs. This information is processed locally and is not sent to the developer or to any external service by Tab Cleaner.

The model itself is provided and downloaded by Google Chrome, not by Tab Cleaner. Its download and operation are governed by Google's privacy policy.
